From time to time, we may update
this Shipping Policy. We reserve the
right, at our sole and exclusive discretion, to add, change, modify, or remove
portions at any time. These changes
will be posted on our website.
1. Shipping Costs and Methods:
During checkout, the customer has the option to choose either FedEx or USPS for shipment. All shipping costs are calculated by the provider and not by GothamPaper.com.
2. Delivery Times:
Most items ship directly from the GothamPaper.com warehouse in
Hauppauge, NY. Items that are in stock will generally be
shipped within 24 - 48 hours. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Some items will ship directly from our manufacturing partners. These may be delivered directly to your attention
via UPS or FedEx.
Delivery of your order will generally be completed in 2-3 business days
– Some delays are possible if product originates from multiple locations.
3. Prices Subject to Change:
We make every attempt to keep our prices low and stable. Prices, however, are subject to increase or
decrease without notice.
4. Payment Options:
Credit Cards We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover.
During checkout, please provide you billing address and all other
relevant information to process your order.
The information you provide should match the information on file with
your credit card.
5. Fraud Protection Policy:
Please make sure that billing name and address match those on the
credit card you are using. If the
billing and shipping addresses are different, a member of our team will contact
both you and (if necessary) the card issuer.
We will try for 2-3 business days to clarify the situation – If we are
unable to reach you in this time frame, we will cancel the order in question

We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein,
including any liability for injuries caused by the use of products sold.

directors, officers, employees, and representatives) will not be liable for:
